- Minimum 10 years experience in the Energy and Environment field, with strong background in Clean Tech
- Understanding of current environmental policies and legislation and the potential impact on Government vendors
- Professional consulting or senior level Government background with an emphasis on the regulatory process
- Understanding of the “tools” of government — policy development, the legislative and regulatory process, appropriations, lobbying, public affairs and relationship building — to address complex business issues.
- Strong written and oral communicator
- Ability to synthesize and present complex issues to C-Suite and Board level executives
- Proven complex program/project management experience
