NSI’s homeland security and public safety team is lead by Paul Joyal, who has expertise in business development with law enforcement and national security entities nationwide. Mr. Joyal served as a federal law enforcement officer and director of security for the United States (U.S.) Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and has a diverse background in law enforcement, government, and business. Mr. Joyal also serves as the President of the State of Maryland Chapter of the FBI InfraGard and serves on the National InfraGard Board of Directors Budget Committee. He is also active in the advisory boards for GOVSEC and CyberWATCH.
