Identify your true allies and third-party supporters.
NSI can help you further develop partnerships and coalitions to create a PAC, positioning your initiative or message before key decision makers. The NSI team can review your company’s current PAC and make recommendations on how it can be improved and utilized more effectively to help your company achieve its goals.
NSI will prepare and file all necessary forms to register your PAC with all appropriate federal and requested state and local agencies. This will include the preparation of by-laws and an instructional memorandum, which will outline the basic operations of the PAC. We will also conduct a review of all federal, state and local laws pertinent to this industry. Depending on your interest, NSI can handle all compliance and reporting activities and be available to answer any questions from your team assigned to these tasks.
Once the PAC is formed, NSI will also work with you to develop your strategy and also provide the logistical support to assist your team in building its PAC fundraising capabilities. In this capacity, we will work closely with your senior leadership and staff to develop a plan and a timeline that will maximize the assets of the company and aggressively seek results.

NSI’s state and local consultants have the on-the-ground intelligence to evaluate a local political situation, identify advocates and third-party supporters for your situation, develop the messaging and educate constituencies with a shared interest to promote your position.
